CSKR Hotels – Terms and Conditions

Jurisdiction: Federal Republic of Nigeria

By making a reservation or staying at CSKR Hotels, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.


1. Reservations and Check-In

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.


2. Payment and Cancellations

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the room rate and package selected.

  • We accept major payment methods including cash, bank transfer, POS, and approved credit/debit cards.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows may incur a one-night room charge or as otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our internal refund policy.


3. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain orderly conduct and respect the hotel’s property, staff, and other guests.

  • Any damage caused to hotel property by a guest or their visitors will result in a charge to cover repairs or replacement.

  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

  • Illegal activities, including the use of prohibited substances or possession of firearms, are strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.


4. Liability

  • While we strive to provide a safe environment, CSKR Hotels is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.

  • The hotel is not responsible for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs on the premises due to guest negligence or actions beyond our control.


5. Use of Facilities

  • All guests using hotel facilities (e.g., gym, pool, spa, conference rooms) must follow posted rules and staff instructions.

  • Facilities may be subject to availability and maintenance schedules.


6. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data provided during booking or check-in is used solely for reservation and hotel-related purposes, in accordance with Nigerian data protection regulations.


7. Amendments

  • CSKR Hotels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or made available at the front desk.


8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to your stay at CSKR Hotels shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, may be referred to a competent court within Nigeria.
